Hi! I am Patra and I am a culinary lover. Since my youth, I have traveled and tasted all kinds of flavors. I like combining ingredients and creating new tastes. Local Products and Cretan Tradition is the meaning of my recipes.
I live on the beautiful island of Crete where I write my books.
